By using the Site, creating an account, checking out, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least the legal age required to purchase hemp-related products in your jurisdiction; and
You will not purchase products on behalf of a minor or any person prohibited by law from receiving such products.

Hemp Joi reserves the right to request age verification and to cancel or refuse any order if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of products purchased from Hemp Joi.

We do not guarantee that any product is legal in every jurisdiction.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where shipment, delivery, possession, or use may be restricted.
If a shipment is refused, seized, delayed, or destroyed due to local law or carrier policy, Hemp Joi is not responsible for resulting losses except where required by law.

3. Product Information and Transparency

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, labels, ingredient details, and batch information, including links to third-party test reports where available.

Product appearance, packaging, and batch-specific results may vary.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) reflect tested batches and may not represent every future batch.
Typos, pricing errors, and description errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and cancel affected orders.

4. Health, Safety, and Use Disclaimers

4.1 No Medical Advice

4.5 Keep Away From Children and Pets

5. Orders, Payment, and Billing

By submitting an order, you authorize Hemp Joi (and its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all charges, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or legal restrictions.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (subject to processor timelines).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations where our products may be sold and delivered under applicable law and carrier policy.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, compliance checks, or high order volume.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon transfer to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for returned, rerouted, or undeliverable packages.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Please review our returns policy at Delivery and Returns for complete details. Unless otherwise stated in that policy:

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened/unused and in original condition unless defective or damaged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at steve@hempjoi.com with your order number and photos.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions.

8. Subscriptions / Auto-Renewals

If you enroll in a recurring subscription:

You authorize recurring charges at the frequency and amount disclosed at checkout.
You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting support at steve@hempjoi.com.
Cancellation applies to future charges only and does not retroactively refund already processed charges unless required by law.
Promotional subscription terms, if any, will be disclosed at signup.

9. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

From time to time, we may offer promo codes, discounts, gift cards, or limited-time promotions.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Promotions have no cash value unless required by law.
We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use voids eligibility.

10. Account Registration and Security

If you create an account, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
Accept responsibility for activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

Introduce malware, bots, scraping tools, or harmful code;

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

HEMP JOI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS; OR
SITE OR SERVER CONTENT IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEMP JOI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HEMP JOI FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, unless otherwise required by law.

21. Force Majeure

Hemp Joi is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, utility failures, labor disputes, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or supply chain interruptions.

22. Severability; No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
