We want to inform you about a recent change that is affecting our product availability. In March of this year, the Florida Department of Agriculture updated the regulations concerning the sale of hemp products within the state. This amendment pertains to Rule 5K-4.034 and will take effect on June 16, 2025.

These new rules introduce significant changes regarding the packaging, labeling, and permissible ingredients in hemp products sold in Florida. As a result, you may notice that the inventory for some of your favorite Hemp Joi products is currently low as we eagerly await the arrival of our new, compliant stock. In some cases, certain products have been discontinued entirely because the original manufacturers chose not to comply with the updated regulations.
